about

AI architect and technical creator

I build strange, useful things with AI and technology, then explain what works, what breaks and what happens after the impressive demo.

I build AI systems that have to survive a Monday morning.

Enterprise architecture by day, experiments by night. I am interested in the gap between the demo and the deployment — governance, cost, latency, the awkward integration nobody put on the slide. The channel is where I close that gap in public.

Not a CV. If you need one, it is a link away.

what this is

cristianexer.dev is a video channel with a website attached, not a portfolio with videos bolted on. The homepage is one continuous scroll because that is how the channel works: one thing after another, each one either useful, strange, or a lesson in why it was not.

The subjects will move around. Today it is agents, enterprise AI architecture, local models and the governance nobody demos. Next year it may be something else entirely. The constant is the method: build it, break it, explain what actually mattered.

what you will not find

Subscriber counts, view counts, client logos or claimed achievements. If a number is not on this site, it is because stating it would be a claim rather than a fact.

how the video list works

Videos are read from the YouTube Data API when the site builds and cached in the repository. If the API is unavailable the cache is used; if the cache is empty the video sections say so. Nothing on this page is a stand-in for an upload that does not exist.
