  1. 2018—2019

    software engineer

    Backend services, GraphQL APIs and AWS infrastructure. The useful early lesson: a clever model is irrelevant if the system around it cannot carry the load.

  2. 2019—2024

    data scientist → senior data scientist

    Production NLP, entity resolution, behavioural risk models and MLOps. Work moved from notebooks into monitored services used for real decisions.

  3. 2024—now

    AI architect

    Enterprise AI platforms, Generative AI applications and agentic systems shaped from strategy through governance, security, delivery and operation.
